Acorn and Catkin Cottages sleep 2 people and have bed lofts with double beds and cosy living rooms with stoves, squashy sofas and LCD TV, video, DVD (recordable), free view and radio. There is also a small outdoor terrace and access to 4 acres of amenity space.

Conservatory

Willow and Oak Barns sleep up to 6 people with full disabled access. The ground floor bedroom has a wet room with grab rails suitable for full wheelchair access.

Upstairs is an en suite twin bedroom and super king double room with luxury bathroom en suite.

The comfortable lounge has a 37" LCD television, DVD and video. Both the lounge and ground floor bedroom have patio access to a private garden . Please note that as an option if there are only 4 people sleeping then the ground floor bedroom can be converted into a dining room by prior arrangement.
 

All the kitchens are equipped to a high standard and the bathrooms are equally impressive and well appointed with a full sized bath with showers over.
 

Nature provides stunning views, abundant wildlife and fresh local produce

Open space in the form of a lovely south facing field  - ideal for picnics, football, kite flying ... etc.

Children - Regrettably, we cannot accommodate children under 3 years old.

Pets - Pet blankets, baskets and towels should be brought with you and we would like to remind you that the North Yorkshire Moors is sheep country and dogs should be kept on a lead and the Country Code followed.
